bokAs a management consultant, I have been working at Hamrin and Partners 1996 – 2003. At Hamrin and Partners I worked with leadership programs, coaching, developing management teams, companies and organisation cultural questions, conflict management and team building. Together with a consultant colleague Björn Hamrin and CEO Kent Angergård we wrote a management book.

Växarkultur (Growth culture), as the title says, with the concept Växarkultur. Växarkultur is a collective approach to an organizational culture that is dominated by strong belief in the individual’s and groups ability to grow.
